Going well

Almost a week in and things are good. Lots of "good" food, not much "bad" food and more exercise than usual.

Almost lost half a stone already, the key is the cycling as I am enjoying it and it's easy to go just that little bit further when you feel up to it.

I did 8.5 miles the other night and a good run tonight of 7 miles. I'm thinking of doing a longer ride next weekend (15-20 miles)
