Widweek update

Still haven't managed any proper exercise despite all the good intentions, maybe tomorrow. Food wise: alright I suppose, moderation over abstinence in my motto.

I don't think any pounds have come off so far but none on either, a good couple of days and I'll be OK.

Week 1

Weigh-in day came yesterday, I maintained a 5lbs loss for the week so I'm pretty happy with that.

I didn't have a great day food wise yesterday but it could have been worse, went out for a meal (mothers day) and had a salad... then ruined that by having some chips in the evening!

I had quite a nasty cold last week but I seem to be on the mend now, I should try and add a little exercise into the mix now, maybe a walk later...

Going well

So, I've lost 5lbs in 4 days so far but the first week is always the easiest.
I've had a cold this week too which hasn't helped with the exercise plans but it has taken away part of my appetite, I've also been working hard so haven't had much time for self indulgence so far.

We'll see what the Sunday weigh-in says.

Hopefully this will be the last re-start!

Right, here we go again...

I've been crap for ages, I've eaten anything I've wanted and I haven't exercised for a very long time. I've put on loads of weight, I have no energy and I feel pretty dreadful really.

Still, spring is on it's way and I'm feeling like it's time to make changes. Also, a couple of weeks in the sun are booked for the start of August and I don't want to be feeling too self conscious...

I might try for daily progress reports here, just to keep the momentum!
