Back again

Each time there are no posts here for a prolonged amount of time it normally means that I've given up and I'm busily piling on the pounds. This time though that's only half right...

I haven't really been putting any serious effort into losing weight or exercising, but I haven't totally given up either. I'm far from my "target weight" but when I step on the scales of a morning I still weigh less than I have done in years.

Right now I'm starting to try a little harder, I know that I can maintain my weight without suffering any hardship so it's time to add a little pain to get a little progress.

Aside from watching what I eat, I'm trying to get in the habit of doing some exercise each and every day. At the moment I get up at 6.30am and, while I'm sorting breakfast and lunch for the day, I try to cram in 15 minutes of exercise. It's not too much to be unmanageable but I'm hoping it's enough to increase my level of fitness and assist with the weight loss. It's hard to install new habits!

For reference: At one point I weighed 20st 9lbs, this morning I weighed 18st 12lbs
