Lacking motivation

Still struggling to carry on, I really need to get some daily exercise but for some reason I just can't seem to gather up enough motivation to get out there.

The good news is that although I'm not putting much effort in, I'm not putting on any of the weight I have lost, infact I am still losing some (although not very quickly!)

On New Years Day I weighed in at 20st 2lbs, this morning I weighed 19st 1lb so that is a loss of 15lbs to date.

The next stage is to get those scales reading 18... something, that will be nice and only a couple of pounds to go!
