No change
No more weight loss last week, no gains either. I'm quite pleased about this because I haven't been exercising and I haven't really been watchimg what I eat either, all I have been doing is watching the portions and that seems to be enough to maintain a steady weight.
Must try harder this week, I've got an exhibition to go to for work next week and I don't want that suit to be tight!

Hi Steve...you don't know me but I wanted to encourage you to continue your journey. It really is a change for life. I began on Jan. 6th of this year and have lost 60 pounds....none recently, but that's okay.
Slow loss is the healthiest loss. Congratulations on your loss so far, and I wish you success for the rest of your journey.

Hi Gracey,
Thanks for your encouragement, and congratulations on your weight loss! How does it feel??
I'll keep going, I'm not going to try too hard because I want this to become my normal way of life, rather than some big effort each day. I think this is the only way I'll manage to sustain it long term!
Thanks again!
Steve
