Another start
Sensible eating today and 30 minutes on the exercise bike this evening, a steady start rather than jumping in to things with both feet.
Although I've done alright today I know that it's the periods of activity when you're not exercising that make all the difference. It's all very well putting in a decent 30 minutes (or hour, whatever) of exercise each day to work up a sweat, but that isn't really going to be as effective as upping the level of activity throughout your day. I'm spending far too much time not moving around (like right now) and that's not helpful.
I must remember that I'm trying to install a new habit rather than embarking on a regime.

It's been a long time
I gave up again! Pretty sure that all the weight I lost has gone back on but I'm not disheartened, I'm starting again from tomorrow... watch this space.
