A new beginning (again)
Well, it's been a while since an update here, you can probably guess why that is...
Yeah, this time it didn't work out and I stopped trying. I'm almost ready to start again and, like most of the population, I'll be starting on the 1st January...
I've not been weighing myself but I will have put weight on, I wonder if I'll have put all of the weight I lost back on?
I'm not feeling disappointed, I know I can do this and I'm getting ready to put more effort in next time.
